The 15 essential oils in this massage oil have tonic and stimulating properties for the digestive system, they are also antispasmodic and carminative, they facilitate the regulation of bowel movements, help to fight bloating and make you feel lighter and more relaxed after eating or during the menstrual cycle.

The abdomen is a sensitive and therefore, vulnerable area, it is not only an area with contractures and troubles, but also an area of emotions. In females, at certain times during the menstrual cycle, it is tender and shaken by spasms. For people who are stressed or subject to an imbalanced diet, digestion is difficult, bowel movements disturbed and the abdomen bloated or swollen. The massage helps to relieve tension and to fight these abdominal problems.

INGREDIENTS - Mixture of 15 essential oils HEBBD (Botanically and Biochemically Defined Essential Oil):

Dill, Basil, Cardamom, Lemon, Coriander, Cumin, Tarragon, Sweet Anise, Ginger, Laurel Leaf, Mandarin, Nutmeg, Wild Marjoram, Savory, wild Thyme.

ADVICE ON USE :

Lie on your back, with knees bent. Spray the oils on your hands or directly on the abdomen.
Use the whole palm and make slow circular movements around the belly button clockwise. Press deeper progressively. The abdominal massage rhythm must match that of your breath. Once this circulatory massage is finished, massage the abdomen by "kneading" it, with the heel of the hands, push back and press down the tissues like a wave by using your fingers. The massage should last 3 to 5 minutes. You can also perform this massage to children aged three years and above.

USAGE PRECAUTIONS :

Following application, it is recommended that you avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. - Since essential oils are very active, they should be used in accordance with the instructions. Avoid all contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, damaged skin - In the case of irritation, rinse with a vegetable oil - As a precaution, not recommended for children under 3 years or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding - Keep out of reach of children - Do not swallow - Shield from light.
