main indications

Sexual fatigue (men and women)
All types of agitation (stress, panic, bad sleep, excessive timidity, nervous attacks etc.)

Aphrodisiac massage :
rub the bottom of the back with 10 drops diluted in 30 drops of sweet almond vegetable oil and proceed to a more complete massage of the body.

Bath :
pour 5 drops of ylang-ylang in a capful of bath base (or milk), place into hot water and plunge into the bath-tub.

To inhale :
Spray some drops in the room using a vaporiser.

Deterioration of skin

Hair :
Add 1 drop of ylang-ylang to your normal amount of shampoo.

Skin :
Apply some undiluted drops to the cleaned skin, right before applying your moisturiser. OR mix 5 drops with your skin cream.

Pour 3 drops of ylang-ylang in a simmering water bowl and have a “facial hammam (Turkish bath)”. Cover your head with a towel “surround” your face in the vapours of ylang-ylang. Do not expose to pollution afterwards.

If you regularly apply ylang ylang (massage) or if your skin is sensitive, it is better to systematically dilute it in vegetable oil, such as argan oil for example.

Like all essential oils, that of ylang-ylang is prohibited during the first 3 months of pregnancy as well as during breast feeding.
