main indications

All famous “difficult” infections.
*respiratory infections: Angina, bronchitis, influenza, otitis, rhinitis, rhinopharyngitis, sinusitis.
* buccal infections: Aphtha, cold sores, inflammation and bleeding of the gums
* urinary infections: cystitis, vulvitis, vaginitis, urethritis, prostatitis

Spray in the air using a vaporiser to cleanse the air and to avoid catching viruses that are going around.

Angina :
Put 1 drop on a spoonful of sugar or honey as soon as the throat starts hurting, and let it melt in mouth 3 to 4 times per day for 2 days. Then pour 2 undiluted drops down the back of the throat 3 to 4 times per day for 3 days. This essential oil is particularly strong, if you find this mixture too powerful for you, decrease dosage to 1 undiluted drop 3 to 4 times per day for 3 days.

+ apply 2 drops onto the skin, just at level of the ganglions on the neck, 5 or 6 times per day for 2 days.

All other respiratory infections :
Apply a mixture of 2 drops of thyme with linalol with 5 drops of vegetable oil, hazelnut if possible, on the chest, the arch of the foot and the back.

Any other infection (urinary in particular) :
Put 2 drops on a spoon of sugar or a teaspoon of honey and let melt in mouth 3 to 4 times per day until recovery + apply the following mixture to the belly button: 2 drops of thyme per 10 St. John’s wort vegetable oil drops of, 5 to 6 times per day for 10 days.

Buccal infections :
Apply 1 undiluted drop directly to the mouth ulcer (aphtha) or the gum, 5 times per day.

Other very good indications

Anti-mycotic

Mycosis :
Mix 3 thyme drops with 10 calophylla vegetable oil drops and apply locally in the mornings and evenings until disappearance of the mycosis.

Put 1 drop on 1 neutral tablet and let melt in mouth, 3 times per day during 20 days.

Thyme with linalol is a disinfectant: it eliminates the ascaris and oxyures. But consult a doctor for an optimal diagnosis before any use in this case.

Like all essential oils, that of thyme with linalol is prohibited during the first 3 months of pregnancy as well as during breast feeding.
