Allergies (in particular respiratory – hay fever)
Digestive disorders (aerophagia, bloating, colic, stomach cramps, indigestion, hiccup, lack of appetite…)

Allergies
Swallow - 2 drops of tarragon with a tsp of olive oil or honey 4 times a day.

Apply - 5 drops of tarragon mixed with 5 drops of sweet almond oil by massaging (on the chest, the solar plexus, the spine and in case of allergic asthma, on the temples and the sides of the nose in case of hay fever). To repeat 2 or 3 times a day.

To be inhaled (in case of hay fever)
Put 3 or 4 drops of tarragon on a handkerchief and take a deep breath.

Digestive disorders (all)
Swallow - 1 or 2 drops directly under the tongue or in a tsp of olive oil after a meal.

Apply - 10 drops mixed with 10 drops of vegetable oil (hazelnut, if possible) by massaging the abdomen.

* In case of hiccups : 1 neat drop under the tongue, possibly repeated 5 minutes later if the hiccups have not stopped.

Menstrual pain

Apply - mix 2 drops of tarragon with 2 drops of hazelnut oil and massage in (on the abdomen – on the ovary area for menstrual pain or on the painful joint for rheumatic pain). Repeat 2 or 3 times a day, until the symptoms disappear.

Spasmophilics value its powerful anti-spasmodic properties – Place 2 drops directly under the tongue in the morning and evening.

Like all essential oils, tarragon oil is forbidden during the first 3 months of pregnancy. It should not be used during breastfeeding either.
