Skin problems of all kind (acne, eczema, itching, impetigo, mycosis, prevention of stretch marks).
Diabetes, tendency to peckishness, hypoglycaemia
Overweight, fluid retention, cellulite

Difficulties in balancing sugar levels :
pour 1 drop onto a neutral capsule and let it dissolve in the mouth 3 times a day.

Silhouette :
massage the areas to be treated with a mixture of 5 drops of geranium for every 50 drops of macadamia oil.

Skin disorders :
apply 4 to 5 drops on the damaged or infected skin, neat (if the area is small) or mix 10% with vegetable oil (if the skin surface is larger), i.e. 4 drops of essential oil for every 40 drops of vegetable oil.

Haemorrhage :
Apply a piece of clean cloth soaked in 1 or 2 drops of geranium. If it is in the nose, insert a “strand" of cotton as indicated above.

Tonifying spray :
Spray 1 ml of geranium with a diffuser in the morning and at the beginning of the afternoon in living areas.

Traditionally, geranium keeps insects away. This essential oil is no exception to the rule. You can use it as a repellent by applying to the body as a mixture of 10% geranium and vegetable oil (1 drop of essential oil for every 10 drops of vegetable oil, if possible hazelnut) or as a remedy by putting 1 neat drop on any kind of bites (mosquitoes, spiders, wasps, fleas…).

Geranium essential oil can sometimes replace that of rose, even though it is a bit less delicate, in firming face and body creams. Like all essential oils, geranium oil is forbidden during the first 3 months of pregnancy. It should not be used during breastfeeding either.
