main indications

Heavy legs and circulation disorders ( minor or major – varicose veins).
All kinds of congestion (uterus, prostate – sight – arm, etc.)
Haemorrhoids
Prostate disorders (frequent need to urinate with the sensation of never “emptying” completely – especially the elderly).

Legs, varicose veins :
Mix 5 drops in 50 drops of calophylla vegetable oil and apply on the affected zone. Repeat the application day and night.

Haemorrhoids :
apply - 2 undiluted drops on the haemorrhoid vein after going to the toilet and passing a stool.

Prostate :
Apply - with a massage on the lower abdomen and the lower back, after diluting with calophylla vegetable oil (50/50: 5 drops of lentiscus/5 drops of calophylla) + pour 1 drop on a small sugar cube or honey and let dissolve in the mouth 3 times a day.

Other useful indications

Digestive, spasmodic pain (colic, aerophagia, ulcer) :
Apply – 3 drops mixed with 30 drops of vegetable oil (calophylla, if possible) in a massage on the abdomen. Repeat the application day and night.

If you suffer from sinusitis, try this: 3 drops, mixed with 30 drops of vegetable oil in a massage around the temple and the forehead (around the affected sinus), it acts as a decongestant and soothes.

As with all essential oils, common pistachio lentiscus oil is prohibited during the first 3 months of pregnancy. It should not be used during breastfeeding.
