This essential oil has a strong perfume, inherent to the myrtraceae family, i.e. the eucalyptus’ family. A very aromatic and exotic way of unblocking the bronchi and treating cold sores.

main indications

All respiratory diseases, whether they are viral (cold, flu) or bacterial (bronchitis, sinusitis, otitis, rhinopharyngitis, sinusitis etc.), chilling, cough etc.

Heavy legs, haemorrhoids, varicose veins

Skin infections: acne, eczema, cold sores, (even herpes), mycosis, wounds, chicken pox, shingles.

Respiratory diseases :
Apply – some drops, mixed 50% with vegetable oil (5 drops of niaouli for every 5 drops of vegetable oil, macadamia, if possible), massage on the bronchi area and the upper back, 2 or 3 times a day for 5 to 10 days (until cured).

To inhale – pour 3 to 5 drops in a bowl of simmering water and inhale during 10 to 15 minutes in the evening (never get exposed to pollution after inhaling).

Heavy legs and skin disorders :
Apply – some drops, mixed 50% with vegetable oil (15 drops of niaouli for every 15 drops of vegetable oil), massage on the area to be treated 3 or 4 times a day until completely cured. For cold sores, apply niaouli at a rate of 2 drops 8 times a day until cured.

Other useful indications

Skin lesions due to radiotherapy (use niaouli as a preventive or healing method).
Apply – some drops, mixed 50% with vegetable oil (10 drops of niaouli for every 10 drops of vegetable oil, sweet briar, if possible), massage on the area to be treated, 3 or 4 times a day until completely cured.

In case of laryngitis, pour 1 drop of niaouli on a small sugar cube, some honey or on a natural capsule and let dissolve in the mouth 4 times a day, between meals, until cured (do not exceed 5 days of treatment).

As with all essential oils, common niaouli oil is prohibited during the first 3 months of pregnancy. It should not be used during breastfeeding.

Avoid using with children younger than 3 years old.

Always remember to dilute in order to avoid eventual irritation.
