Bruises :
Apply 2 or 3 undiluted drops on the affected skin AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE; repeat every quarter of an hour in order to avoid bruises. If bruising is already there, apply 3 to 4 times a day, always with a gentle massage.

Other skin disorders :
Apply 2 to 3 drops on the affected or infected skin, undiluted (if the surface is small) or mix at 10%, in 20 to 30 drops of arnica vegetable oil (if the skin surface is larger).

Other useful indications
All circulation problems (phlebitis, varicose veins, Raynaud’s syndrome…)

Mix 2 drops of curry plant oil with 20 drops of vegetable oil (if possible St. John's wort or wheat germ) and massage the affected area with this mixture.

If your circulation problems are accompanied by cellulite, you can massage the cellulite areas with a mixture of 10% curry plant essential oil and arnica vegetable oil (1 drop of essential oil for every 10 drops of vegetable oil).

Do not mistake this helicrysum (Italian) with that of Yugoslavia, the Balkans or Madagascar!
The curry plant does not have a fluxing action on the blood, therefore it is not contraindicated if you are under anticoagulant treatment.

Curry plant essential oil is forbidden during the whole pregnancy period. It should not be used during breastfeeding
