To be applied to the skin : No, as it is aggressive to the skin and there is a possible risk of skin irritation if used neat. Can be used if diluted in vegetable oil and on a small area of skin, but not in children.
To be swallowed : Yes ++, as long as it is very well mixed with honey or olive oil, as it can burn the mucous membrane if taken neat.
To be inhaled : No
