The 12 essential oils of the Sleep and Relaxation bath essence have soothing, relaxing, calming and sedative properties which naturally promote repose, relaxation and sleep.

This bath essence relaxes you and may get rid of tension, so that you can enjoy peaceful and restorative sleep and wake up on top form, full of vitality and energy!

Sleep and Relaxation bath essence is suitable for adults and children (from the age of 3), calming tension and nervousness.
Used before bedtime: It helps you to fall asleep quickly and to enjoy peaceful, deep and restorative sleep.
Used at the end of the day: It soothes tension, stress and irritability and brings repose and relaxation.

COMPOSITION – A combination of 12 EOBBD (Essential Oils Botanically and Biochemically Defined): Rosewood, Roman camomile, Cypress, Lavender, Mandarin, Marjoram, Neroli, Orange, Palmarosa, Petit Grain Bigarade, Indian sandalwood, Verbena.

HOW TO USE:

Add one to 2 capfuls of Sleep and Relaxation essence to your bathwater. If using this bath essence in a small bath-tub (a child’s bath for example), reduce the dose, using only half a capful. Can be used in the shower (1 capful). Do not pour into an empty bath-tub due to the high content of essential oils.

SPECIFIC PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:
Do not apply to the face or mucous membranes. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

This medicated, non-lathering bath, very gentle on the skin, is 100% natural and contains no colour, preservative, synthetic fragrance or mineral oils.
