Its fresh, candid fragrance, from the mountain forests, fills the room with a renewal of energy. But above all, it is mostly useful for us since it helps to fight “wintertime diseases”!

Main properties

Respiratory antiseptic.
Anti-bronchitis, anti-asthma.
Causes sweating.

And also
It has properties comparable to those of cortisones, that is to say, highly toning. And to plunge into a bath which feels like a pine forest is a fantastic experience not to be missed!

main indications

All respiratory infections: Bronchitis, Laryngitis, sinusitis, cough.

To inhale :
* As prevention – Spray into the air in the house or office, particularly in the event of epidemics (colds, flu, cough-type respiratory infections).

*As curative measure – try dry inhalations (some undiluted drops onto a handkerchief) of wet inhalations (some drops in a bowl of simmering water).

To apply :
Rub the chest, top of the back, the solar plexus and the nape using 5 drops of pine diluted in 5 vegetable oil drops (macadamia or sweet almond if possible).

Other very good indications.
Extreme physical and nervous tiredness, weariness, the feeling that you “cannot cope”, depression.

Apply ome undiluted drops along the spinal column (focus on the bottom of the back, at the level of the kidneys), under the arch of the foot and on the solar plexus, in the morning and around midday until you feel better.

Put 1 drop on the internal face of each wrist and breathe thoroughly.

Note – These are the only indications for which you can apply the undiluted pine oil to the skin, provided that it is for a specific use. If you repeat the treatment, it is better to mix the drop of essential oil with 1 drop of vegetable oil.

It is one of the most pleasant essential oils to use after sport, when the muscles are stiff and aching. Just before going to bed, soak for 20 minutes in a hot bath (37°C at least), in which you will have poured a mixture with 20% woodland pine oil and bath base (4 drops of pine oil for 20 base oil drops or milk).

Like all essential oils, woodland pine oil is prohibited during the first 3 months of pregnancy as well as during breast feeding.
It is not suitable for children of less than 6 years old.
