Extraordinarily powerful, it is a true natural antibiotic. A must against “winter” diseases (cold, flu etc.) and also “summer” illnesses (diarrhoea etc.)! Ideal also for chronic infections which are resistant to regular treatments or to other bacterial essential oils.

All infections of the respiratory tracts: sore throat, bronchitis, flu, laryngitis, sinusitis, tracheitis
All intestinal infections: gastroenteritis, parasites, infectious diarrhoea…
All infections of the urinary tracts: cystitis…

To swallow – 2 drops on a natural capsule, a small tsp of olive oil and a tsp of sugar or honey, 2 to 3 times a day for 7 to 10 days, make sure the 2 drops are diluted well as this is essential and particularly strong!

To apply – dilute 1 drop of oregano in 8 drops of vegetable oil (St. John’s wort, if possible) and massage the chest as well as the upper back for 7 to 10 days.

To swallow or to apply – pour 2 drops in a tsp of olive oil, honey or on sugar, OR apply 1 drop (diluted in 3 drops of vegetable oil) on the solar plexus and 1 drop (same dilution) on the upper back, 3 times a day for 3 weeks maximum.

This essential oil is very strong. Respect the recommended dosage. In particular, do not use for a very long time (never more than 3 weeks in a row) and do not increase the ingestion or applications.

Never apply undiluted, especially on sensitive skin.

It should not be used straightaway for everyday “scratches”, but only in case of worrying problems or “resistance”.

It cannot be used at any time during pregnancy, nor with breastfeeding mothers. Professional advice is mandatory if you wish to use it with a child.
