With its help, all types of congestion will improve or even disappear. Moreover, it not only helps to get rid of our “sluggishness”, it also lightens our mood.

Main properties

It fights all types of congestion (venous, lymphatic, prostate, uterine).

And also
Anti-irritable cough, bronchitis.
It fights excessive sweating.

main indications

All kinds of venous congestions: heavy legs, varicose veins, sensation of “heaviness" of the abdomen (pre-menstrual syndrome), haemorrhoids.

In a massage, at a ratio of 3 drops to 10 drops of vegetable oil (calophylla, if possible) 2 to 3 times a day, always directing the blood towards the heart.

In a bath, at a ratio of 10 drops to one tbsp of bath base or milk

Other useful indications
Cough, especially if it is strong, annoying, painful (bronchitis, whooping-cough).

Apply - 5 drops diluted in 1 ml of vegetable oil (hazelnut, if possible) on the chest and the upper back.

The cypress has properties which “mimic” those of our oestrogen, which explains why it may be prescribed by a doctor in case of hormonal disorders, usually those symptoms related to menopause (hot flashes, excessive sweating…).

This essential oil is forbidden during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is not recommended either in case of hormonally associated fibroma or in case of mastosis.
